SERENAZ Natural Decongestant Nasal Spray is a hypertonic natural seawater nasal spray designed to help relieve nasal congestion and blocked nose.

The concentrated seawater solution helps draw excess fluid from the swollen nasal mucosa through a natural osmotic effect, helping to open the nasal passages. It also helps wash away mucus, dust, allergens and other nasal secretions.

As a natural seawater nasal spray, it does not contain conventional medicated nasal decongestants such as oxymetazoline or xylometazoline.
