GAVISCON DOUBLE ACTION SACHET BOX (5'S)

Gaviscon Double Action Liquid brings relief from the pain and discomfort of heartburn and acid indigestion. It gets to work in two different ways: (1) Neutralizing excess stomach acid to relieve pain and discomfort. (2) Forming a protective barrier over the stomach contents to soothe the burning pain in your chest. This product is sugar free and gluten free.

Indications:

• Relief of heartburn and acid indigestion (also known as dyspepsia).
  
• Relief of symptoms of conditions eg, hiatus hernia and reflux oesophagitis (inflamed food pipe), including symptoms of laryngopharyngeal reflux such as hoarseness and other voice disorders, sore throats and cough.
  
• Treat symptoms of gastrooesophageal reflux during concomitant treatment with or following withdrawal of acid suppressing therapy.
  

Dosage and Directions For Use:

• Adults, including elderly and children above 12 years: 1-2 sachets after meals and at bedtime, or as directed.
  
• Children below 12 years: Not to be given unless recommended by your doctor.
  
• Shake well before use.
  
• Tear, squeeze, take.
  
• Can be taken by pregnant and breastfeeding women.
  

Cautions:

• If symptoms persist, consult your doctor's advice.
  
• Each 20mL contains 11.06mmol of sodium. If you have been advised to follow a low sodium diet, ask your doctor before taking this product.
  
• Do not take if you know you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
  
• 2 hours interval between Gaviscon intake and other medicines.
  
• Store below 30°C. Do not refrigerate.
